In Commissioner Tools, when going back in to edit/update a Simple Assessment that was entered on a prior day (and while still within the time window to be able to edit it), it does not display the Comments text that was originally entered. The Comments box is blank. After canceling out of that, and trying again, then the originally entered Comments text is displayed and can be edited.
