Leader missing from Roster in Scoutbook but is in MyScouting

After re-charter, our Committee Chair is missing from Scoutbook (member #12877216), but is listed on MyScouting.com with the correct title and is in our Roster on that page. How do I get her added to our Scoutbook as she is also taking on a den leader role? Our Council said they had no idea.

Thanks for any advice you can provide!

@ShawnCarlson this is fixed but has to sync overnight
