Leader's BSA Member Number Suddenly Incorrect

Our Committee Chair now has a little yellow icon with an exclamation point by his name in the roster. I figured out it’s because his BSA Member # in Scoutbook does not match what is on my.scouting.org. He isn’t able to change it so we’re not sure how this happened.

Any help?
