My wife is both the Committee Chair and an AOL den leader. I am the Cubmaster. I am able to enter advancement quick entry but she is not. When she attempts to enter she gets the following error message. Checking permissions she is, of course, fully checked off to enter but the system seems confused. This is for the Pack - she is also registered with a couple of troops. Member number 12734354
I would start by checking the official roster at my scouting. Committee Chair (CC), Committee Member (MC) and Den Leader (DL) are all registered positions, and the system shouldn’t be allowing multiple registered positions for anyone except the COR, who can double as CC or MC.
I wonder if the presence of the MC and DL positions is causing a conflict in the underlying logic and preventing the CC role from getting her the relevant access.

Just played around and think it is a computer issue. She seems to have access on my computer. Thank you for your help.

@ThomasPerson- i would suggest cleaning cache and cookies for scouting.org sites
