Communication MB has gone missing from one of a Scout’s Scoutbook Plus account (140725547). It isn’t in Approved, Pending, or Start New. Her account shows 3 Pending, but when I click on Pending, only 2 are visible. I am in incognito, have tried refreshing, and closing and reopening.
I also tried the “hard refresh” but no luck.
@AshleyWorth - have you tried the filter for completed when in the scout profile then all merit badges ?
@AshleyWorth the MB is Completed not approved.
Thank you! I see that it was not approved yet, so I finalized the approval. Now it shows up.
yeah that is an interesting error - I will get that reported
Yeah - the PENDING click leads to a search for Started - as opposed to a pending search that does not exist - the number pulls in started and completed though in the profile
