I am trying to enter the Woodwork merit badge completion for one of our scouts. He earned it at a scout camp last summer, but I am just now getting the blue card. I entered the completion and uploaded a photo of the blue card as a comment. Upon upload ,the photo sat in a processing state for over 30 minutes. I closed the tab. Now that I have closed the tab, the Woodwork merit badge does not show as either completed or pending in this scout’s profile. And when I attempt to start over and create a new entry, the Woodwork merit badge is no longer listed as an option for him. Please advise on how I can get this recorded.
@JamesDravillas what is the Member # of Scout (no names) - are you sure the MB is not approved? what Merit Badges filters are you using for the scout
@JamesDravillas - in the merit badge section from the youth profile there are filter choices
Thanks, both. This was exactly it. I had filtered to both “Started” and to “Approved”, but it was in the “Completed” bucket.
