I’m hoping you might help with an issue having to do with being able to connect a Merit Badge Counselor to a Scout for more than one Merit Badge. For instance, a connection was made previously between a Merit Badge Counselor and a Scout for the Engineering Merit Badge. When I attempt to create a connection between the same MBC and Scout for the Family Life Merit Badge, I receive a pop-up window saying: “Leader: please try searching for the user again. The selected user already has a connection to the scout.” I can’t seem to get around it and make the connection for the second Merit Badge. I expect there will be many more connections where a MBC is counseling a Scout on more than one Merit Badges. Thank you for any help with this.
@TobeyTrumbull if a Leader is already connected to a scout you cannot search for them - go to the Scout > Connections (in Legacy SB) > modify the connection as needed - like adding a Merit Badge
