Hi I need help connecting a merit badge counselor to a scout on scoutbook. I have run into this problem before and I have had such a hard to time getting it resolved. The merit badge counselor is registered in scoutbook and I still can’t connect the scout to the merit badge counselor. Any advice ?
@CarolWalters When you search for the MBC, do it from the [Scout]'s Connections page in Scoutbook. And make sure you check the box next to “Search from all the Councils”.
