We tranfered a scouts from our Pack to Troop whom I was already connected to. National has made the move in scoutbook and the scout has the A symbol next to their name. I am the admin for the Troop and Pack for that matter. I am not able to connect to the scout. I was able to move them to the Patrol but not connect. I checked my admin status and there is nothing wrong with it that I can see.
go to unit roster page > click your name > click your positions > click Admin > click update and nothing else = that should resolve the issue.
