Roster Page says not connected

Committee Chair here. Connections manager states I have full control of all scouts, however I cannot access 7 of the 8 new scouts that crossed over. The roster page states I am not connected to these scouts. Thoughts?

@NateOliveira - go to your account then your positions and update the admin and CC positions

@NateOliveira are the scouts memberships approved in Scoutbook?

Try resetting your Troop Admin role. Here’s how:

  1. Go to the Troop Roster page in Scoutbook
  2. Click on your name
  3. Click on Troop Admin role
  4. Click Update

This will reset your connection to all Scouts in the troop.
