I have a mom getting an error message on her account when trying to connect to her child.
dad (141194141) was connect with F (141194142)
Mom (141645953) was connected with E (141645954).
We were able to connect mom with F. But didn’t know dad was using same email. When dad tried to connect with E, we got an error. Mom also gets an error on her account now. We changed dads email but still has an error.
I (the CC) used the + button to add moms contact info to F and the + button to add dads contact info to E. Mom logged in, confirmed connection to F. Dads clicked on email to connect to E. Was given an error. I discovered both parents were using the same email and was able to change dads. Mom gets this error. She has cleared cache and that didn’t help.
There is an issue the developers are working on where a parent with no roles in SB is not able to validate a relationship request. The mother’s account has this issue.
