Parent is connected in SB but gets an error when trying to go to his son's profile

Hi

NAME REMOVED (#14027937) is connected to his son NAME REMOVED (#137450042). I connected them in Scoutbook plus. Next to Dad’s name in Scoutbook + it reads “initiated”. Dad is not receiving an email to connect in Scoutbook+. When Dad tries to access his son he gets an error message that he has to be connected.

Looks like the Scout is in registration grace period - that might be part of the issue- the Mother is connected and in relationship
