this is a continuing problem from a parent who was not getting a link to connect to her son’s account. from my perspective, she looks connected, but when she sent me a screenshot of what she sees on Scoutbook, it does not look like the Scoutbook dashboard.
could there be a problem that the Scout application had the dad with the mom’s email address, and now mom is logging in with the same e-mail address and her name?
they are very active and getting quite frustrated. i did have some conversation about this before, did not realize that the topic was closed.
