Connection lost for all admins

HELP, I had two girls transfer into my troop, I can access their profiles but now I do not have access to the other girls. I checked and none of the other admins do as well.

Try this:

  1. Go to your Troop Roster page.
  2. Click on a name of one of the other Troop Admins.
  3. Click on that person’s Troop Admin role.
  4. Click Update.

In most cases, this will reset the Admin connection to all Scouts in the unit. Repeat as needed for other Troop Admins.

Thank you! This also helped me with the same situation. I could click on myself and update and that worked.
