Full Admin Access in Connections, but can't see certain scouts

I’ve periodically had issues with access to my Scouts. Last night, I had full access. The connections manager says I have full access. However, while last night I could enter quick entry requirements for ALL my scouts, I can no longer see three from any angle. This has happened before (years ago), and time seems to heal, but something is clearly amiss. HELP?

Try this:

  1. Go to your unit Roster page.
  2. Click on your name.
  3. Click on your unit Admin position.
  4. Click Update.

This should update your Admin connection to all Scouts in the unit.

If that does not help, see if you can look at each [Scout]'s Membership page. Make sure that their current Membership with your unit is approved (green shield with checkmark).
