Hi, we have 2 CORs listed the correct one can not do anything about it. When we added the new member, they were placed in both Committee Member and COR, when really they were solely a Den Leader…
I have been able to remove them in OSB, and in my.scouting ORGANIZATION MANAGER they are NOT listed on the Unit Dash Board: Unit Summary the correct COR is, however they are the listed under Unit Renewal: Unit Leadership with the correct one and Committee Member, which they are not. Finally, they are the only one listed (incorrectly) Under Settings.
The incorrect COR Member’s ID is: 140644380 (First Initial S)
The correct COR Member’s ID is: 128278024 (First Initial F)

There probably isn’t anything the SUAC folks here can do about it, since they can’t modify registrations. Your council registrar should be able to correct the registered position for the den leader assigned as COR/MC in their system fairly easily, which should then roll out to the other systems a day or so afterwards.
Thanks Charley, we have asked them, when it happened last fall and through to last week. They lost a registrar and training a new one, but the reason we are pushing it more is that we are moving to having all parents using SB+ for tracking their scout and don’t want her to have COR abilities.
I will follow up with them on Monday.

@CharleyHamilton is correct. This is an issue that must be worked through your council staff. There is nothing the SUAC can do to help.
