@DougWright has user tried to use manage Member ID for them? What is trying to be achieved?
When user logs in, he isn’t in his COR account, so can’t do COR stuff.
Yes Council did a not clean action on this - best for them to clean it up how they want so correct contact info is in place
@DougWright This user has 2 usernames (logins) at my.Scouting. Please have him contact the council Registrar and let them know which username he wants to keep.
If the user wants to add the suffix to his name, the best place is to use the “Suffix” data field in my.Scouting under “My Profile”. He should also double-check his e-mail address there.
I would also recommend ending the Key 3 Delegate functional role. He is already the COR, so he doesn’t need to delegate any permissions to himself.
