My COR recently approved an online adult application. He accidently put him down as a committee member when it should have been assistant scoutmaster. Is there a way to correct this on our end? Thank you and stay safe.
Your COR (or COR Delegate) should be able to go into Position Manager in my.scouting.org and correct the adult’s registered position. It’s available under the left side menu → Unit # → Organization Manager → left side list → Position Manager.
However, the Position Manager may be unavailable right now due to recharter. It should reappear after your unit’s charter is finalized. I’m using my unit-level position expiration date updating to a 2022 value as the canary for when that happens in my unit.
