Can you look at account 120515268, user has not been able to log in for over two years. Any way to reset or update her account to make it able for her to log in again. Thank you.
What happens when she tries to log in? Is she using the portion of her gmail address before the @ to log in? Is she going to advancements.scouting.org?
I did find a duplicate account for her but that would not have caused login issues. I merged the duplicate Scoutbook account.
I will ask her to log in and try with her email, and report back.

Her username is the part of her e-mail in front of the @ symbol.
