I have a parent in our troop who cannot login to Scoutbook. When they try, the error message they receive said their account is locked and to try again in 30 minutes. It doesn’t matter how much time passes, every time they try they get the same error. When they try to reset their password, they do not receive the password reset. Any thoughts would be helpful. Member ID is 140157914 in the Greater Colorado Council.
