Council/District Service Hour Report access on my.scouting

Why are the the Council/District Service Hour Reports not available to the Council Advancement Chair role (or District Advancement Chair role) like all other advancement reports since service hours are clearly part of the advancement function (See Guide to Advancement 4.2.3.3). This is another metric that is helpful for assessing unit health in support of the Commissioner service (which is another advancement committee responsibility, see GTA 3.0.0.1 #10).

@EdmundElder - there is nobody from the my.scouting.org team on the forums to address the issue. It may require a membercare ticket

It may, but I’d hope one could run this up the advancement chain of command up to the Council Service Territory. Assuming that chain, for one’s council, is working as intended, they may have the answer or advocate for the change.

@Matt.Johnson - yeah it should route that way, but if the role based privilege does not allow access then certainly it needs to be walked up the chain.

Chain of Structure is the way to go - BUT it is not a valid report to begin with as all units do not use the Scoutbook System for all things and there is no Service (or other) Log import
