Council Unable to See Renewal Payment

I renewed myself as MB Counselor through the email I received from my.scouting. I paid the fee and see the amount debited from my account. I see the application processed.

My profile shows as active, but when I talked to the Council, they don’t see me marked as paid.

Ideas?

Council needs to send in a Membercare ticket on it @MichaelLocurcio
