Paid for renewal but I can't see the new membership

Hello,
This is my first time renewing my kid membership through BSA. In the past I used to renew with the troop until they changed it to renew directly with BSA. I paid the fees two days ago but I can’t see any memberships, only some info under “TRANSFER / MULTIPLE APPLICATIONS”.

I was able to save a receipt after submitting the application. Is every renewal application subject to review? Should I talk with my kid’s troop leader? Thanks

Your unit leadership does have to approve every renewal.
