I was trying to create an acocunt for my child on my.scouting.org and was able to put in a username but when I went to create a password there was an error and it will now not let me in at all, I cannot reset password and keep getting the same error.
@MatthewNeyssen it looks like it was made fine so I think it HAS to have a Password you gave it. Your Council can reset the password or try the forgot password feature.
Ok, thank you. I will get in touch with them to try and look into it further. The password reset feature has not worked for me.
Have you tried resetting the password by using the chatbot (“Betty”) at my.Scouting?
