I am trying to create an account in my.scouting.org for my son so I can print his membership card (now needed for Seabase). When I click create account I am asked to provide his information (First, Last, DOB and ZIP). I do that and click next. It successfully recovers the rest of his info (including member ID etc). The pop-up says “We found a match in our file with your information. Select the appropriate record and retrieve your information. If you do not have an account tied to this record you will be prompted to create one.” It shows a single account that is checked. When I then click retreive information it just cycles back to the original create account page. It never actually makes the account.
In addition to my son, we’ve got 10 other scouts who have likely never needed to create their account in my.scouting.org before and a week till we fly down so I’m hoping there’s an easy fix I can share with them and their parents.

Tech details: Dell Laptop running Windows. Error occurs in both Chrome & Edge, including after clearing cache.
