Has the ability to create an activity log using the attendance record for the event been developed yet? I know that it was in the works according to posts from 2024. Currently I’m adding the activity manually and then populating it with the kids who attended. Is there an easier way?
That has not been implemented. We do not know when or if it will be prioritized.
@DianeSnow- are you doing the log entry right from the calendar event ?
Yes. I ended up doing it that way and just deselecting those who did not attend. In the past, I have created the activity first and populated it. At least if I create it from the calendar event, I don’t have to recreate that part. I was just hoping that there might be an easier option in the future. Doesn’t sound like it will happen.
I can build an event but I cannot add any participants. My whole roster of adults and youth are not available. Please help!
@DavidKrebs- have you reset the filter for your roster or perhaps it is this
I have a partial roster now. My name and a few Scouts. The rest of the adults and one Scout is missing.
