Cub awards (rank and loops) showing in troop

I am so sorry if this has been addressed, but I can’t find it.

Scouts MID 12814626, 12909129 and 13549520

Scoutmaster reports that on “to approve” he has 60 Cub ranks, and 99+ Other program advancements. Needless to say he is concerned.

I looked at scout 12814626, and see while ranks were marked earned, many were not “approved” or “awarded”.
Same with the other 2.

How do I help this Scoutmaster?

Yes they can just click RECORD in the Approve report and be done with it
