I have a scout who is showing they need an award on the to purchase tab, but when we check the award in the scouts profile it shows approved 9 days after it was retired, and shows as not approved or started when you click on the award its self. Member ID 14131158 the award is Cub Scout Outdoor Activity Award v2015+ (Wolf)
@RobertWillhelm the easiest solution is just change the Complete date to 5/30/24
looked a little more and saw that he would have been able to get the award the summer of 23, and tried to mark the completion date may 31 2023…
@RobertWillhelm so in To Purchase did it fail before? did you get a warning?
or did it just not show approved on the award page itself?
it did not show on the to purchase report last year, had a ton of adventures show up when we ran the report last night, first time since end of year last school year. this is what i see in the youths profile when i click on awards.

and this is what i see if i hit the back button
if i refresh the page it goes back to showing completed.
