140312722 doesnt show up in the to award report ? he has badges that say to award and they are approved

The issue is this Scout’s membership is expired. There is a known issue where awards for Scouts in the lapse period are not appearing on To Purchase or To Award. Short of the Scout renewing there is no known workaround.
The developers are working on a fix.

I have a scout (ID 135937425) where I mistakenly marked down that she was awarded a merit badge (movie making). I’ve gone into the system and unclicked the “awarded” button so it only says “approved”, but the fact that she still needs to be awarded the merit badge isn’t registering on any of the reports. My ‘purchase order’ doesn’t remind me that I need to purchase the mb for her and the ‘to award’ report doesn’t mention her. Any help would be appreciated.
Since her registration is through January 26, I think this is a dfiferent issue than we are seeing with lapsed Scouts. My guess is due to your position. If you are serving as Unit Advancement Chair, ask one of the Key 3 to add that functional role for you in my.scouting.org on the Position Manager tab of the Roster. The next day the UAC role will be added to Scoutbook.
Developers say her Movie Making MB is awarded. Can you get a screen shot showing it is not awarded?
The developers would like you to leave this MB as not awarded so they can debug the issue.
