Cub Scout Missing in Scout Book Plus

I have a Cub Scout Missing in Scout Book Plus. None of your forums give a start answer, are very confusing, and hard to follow.

I am the Cub Master for Pack 132 in Boise, Idaho. I can see the Cub Scout in Myscouting.org. They are not showing up in Scoutbook Plus.

I have cleared cookies, refreshed browsers, and rest filters.
