Missing cub from Scoutbook Plus but appears in My.Scouting

Scout transferred into Pack last year. Parents re-registered in early fall. Scout not visible in Scoutbook Plus, but is listed on the roster in my.scouting.

I requested a position sync for this Scout. Check back after 4:00 PM Central today. Once the Scout is on your Scoutbook Plus roster, you will need to place him in his den.
