I am having trouble with a new cub scout that was previously in another pack.
The other pack did not keep good record, now i cannot advance him
He is working on webelos, but is still a wolf in advancement…everything is saying blocked or something along this line…
I put him in the webelos den in our pack likebit said to do, still nothing opens to let me record anything…aslo says some outdated versions of the adventures were started.
Post the BSA # and we can take a look @SheilaWalton

- Go to your Pack Roster page.
- Click on the Scout’s name.
- Click on [Scout]'s Membership.
- Click on the Scout’s membership with the former pack.
- Add an end date.
- Click “Update” to save.

Donovan was asking for the scout’s BSA Member ID, not the unit’s information. Please do not also post the scout’s name (since this is a publicly-visible forum).
If the issue that Jennifer suggested isn’t the cause, then they’ll still need the Member ID for the scout for further investigation.
