Cub Scout Rank Advancement Pending appearing in my list (I am Scout Advancement Chair)

I have 5 cub scout ranks that appear in my pending list for scouts that have transitioned to our Troop (boy Scouts). What happens if I click “Remove” since that was prior to their transiting to the next level. Will that affect their records at all? Will it only remove it from my pending list?

@DavidBest2 there should be a “Report” option - that is all you need to do

I’m not sure I understand your recommended action. I want to remove these pending actions from my pending action list. If I click remove, are there any negative effects on their records?

You are probably seeing them in the Other Program area

If you select Scout > you can then click Record which Saves the advancement for the Scout. If you click Remove it just disappears
