We just transferred in Scouts from another Pack. Their advancement coordinator marked all these scouts “up” a rank. I need to remove these and cannot by clearing out the date or the approval. Is there another way around this?

This is a known bug that recently appeared. We have asked the developers to fix it ASAP.
