Cub Scout & ScoutsBSA History Reports not working - parent access

I’m getting an error trying to access my son’s cub scout history. He crossed over last spring. The error says:
The information is unavailable. Try again or report this to the forums (93.9)

ref: PD-20221205111232-886141-173212

I get the same error message when I try to pull his Scouts BSA history.

Here are his numbers:
SB User ID: 1367124
BSA Member ID: 133628523

I have reported this to the report developers.

Please provide the path you used to access this report. The developers need this information to determine why a bad URL was sent to the report generator.

Scoutbook dashboard> son’s name> Reports> selection from pop up box
