Talking to my scoutmaster he told me his profile is misconfigured. Can you look into it. My scoutmaster cannot enter advancements nor can I renew the registration. Thank you.

@FelipeConill I do not understand what you mean by your Scout’s profile being misconfigured.
The other parent has the parent / child “relationship” in my.Scouting that is needed in order to renew the Scout’s registration online. She can renew the Scout’s registration at my.Scouting. Alternatively, you can contact your local council and ask them to use their Registrar Tools to add your parent relationship to the Scout.
Note that this is not the same thing as adding the Parent/Guardian relationship in Scoutbook, @FelipeConill. What the Registrar would be doing on their end would set up the connection between you and your scout in my.scouting so that you can access the renewal system.
