Cubmaster: error when viewing certain new scouts in SBP

I’m having trouble seeing some new scouts in Scoutbook Plus. We’re a newly re-established pack and I’m new to scouting. I can see all the original scouts and a handful who have joined since but many recent joins are listed but I get an error message when I try to go to their profile page.

My scouting ID is 141539829
