I’m listed as Cubmaster in my.scouting.org but for some reason I’m showing up as a Key 3 Delegate in Advancement and Scoutbook. I’ve got two new scouts joined that I can’t see their profiles. I am indicated as a Pack and Den Admin as a fix for last time I had a similar issue, but it seems there’s a root cause issue to how my profile is being read by Scoutbook Plus.
@AdamGossmann well you have 2 Unit admin positions which is odd. What are the scout Member #s you cannot see (no names)

I had some problems getting access to making PO’s. I’m really the only user in our pack for Scoutbook and was for whatever reason blocked from seeing anyone shortly after my renewal last Feb. The workaround was to create a second admin position for each den because I was unable to see anyone in the pack otherwise. I think there’s an issue that last Feb’s fix may have just added to the real issue with access. We have a wave of new scouts starting to join and I worry this will be a common problem unless I can have someone help cleanup what I have going on here.

I still don’t have any ability to see any info on the two newest scouts.
There is a known issue with new Scouts. The developers are aware. Watch Scoutbook - Scoutbook Plus Change Log - Scouting Forums for an announcement of a fix.
