I am unable to access our new recruits profiles in Scoutbook Plus. I keep getting the following error. When I looked at threads it looked like this was corrected and I just had to do a hard reset. I’ve done that and still getting the same problems. Can I get some help?
Can you try again please? A few minutes after your first post, we were told one access issue has been fixed. If you still get the error, please provide the necessary details to reproduce the error (what did you click when the error occurred).
@VirginiaNewman can you do a test for us please. In SB+ go to Roster > Edit the Lion Den > Remove one of the Scouts (X by name under Edit) - this will just put them out of Den in Unassigned. > See if you can get to Profile then please.
I’m still getting the error. All I did was go to scoutbook plus, roster, and clicked on the scout. Then the error occurred and I can’t access anything for them.
