In SB+ for my Scouts BSA Troop, I have a notification showing 2 items need to be approved. Nothing happens when I select the notification. If I go into Roster, Pending Items, Ranks there are 2, Webelos and Arrow of Light. There is a message saying the following:
I cannot do anything with these Ranks however they are stuck in my notifications. I have alerted the Parent to let their previous unit know however I am wondering if any of the Advisory Council members can do something with this. Scout member id 140181790.
