For Cub #140321496, in his individual youth profile, it shows that he has earned Council Fire and has had it awarded. However, when I run a custom report I’ve made (ReportID=1845273) to show all required and elective adventures for all Cubs in his den, it doesn’t show that he’s even started that loop. Other den members show their Council Fires earned just fine. I know the requirements version is set to 2024. I don’t know what else could be causing this. Please help.
@LloydBaker1 so does the Scouts name appear on the report or is it just this one adventure that is missing? What is the REF number at the bottom of the report?

The den members’ names do appear on the report. I think it’s just that one adventure omitted from the report. I’d love to know why so I can avoid this in the future if it’s something I’ve done wrong.

No, I’m sorry the report still shows an empty box where it should show a gold badge as awarded.
@LloydBaker1 have you cleared cache or tried an incognito window after the fix?
Tried in private mode Firefox, and Chromium. Also tried exporting as pdf. Still not showing.
Post a screenshot of the settings of the report - excluding the scout section please
Also have a different user run the same report - just to see if relationship is messing it up please
OH I might have just seen the issue too
That Scout has 2 instances of that Adventure now - one at 100% - other at 0%. We are looking at it
How did I manage to do that? Please let me know so I don’t do it again.
I wish I knew - for that scout both that one and Paws on Path. If you recall some different way you entered those that could be good data.
All i can think of is if something got triggered with the pre2024 reqs. and then i caught it and switched it over. Maybe something until the old reqs. got entered and it forced a new loop to be created instead of converting the old one? I didn’t think i had data entered, but i think i remember that starting with the old reqs. originally.
It may also have been that loop was started for some reason under pre2024, and before i caught that and converted it i used bulk entry and that triggered something?
Also the report is still omitting that loop right now.
It is not omitting it - it is reporting the 0% version I think
