Custom Reports - have lost access to all my Scouts. I am Admin and have access to my Roster of scouts , and created these custom reports and yet no scout is available to select.
I wish Scoutbook Tech team get their act together to regression test this stuff better before make these platform changes.
@RobertRojas - scoutbook legacy admin no longer exists. Your key 3 will need to set your permissions.
Did you select your Scoutmaster role in the upper right corner of Scoutbook Plus? If you did, please try an incognito window to rule out a cache issue.
You should have access to Troop reports where you are Scoutmaster but not Pack reports where you are Unit Scouter Reserve.
I am SM and have full admin access, this is all scoutbook plus reports on left side
Yes, scoutbook plus - scoutmaster option role and under incognito – same issue persists.
In one of my custom reports there a small set of scouts that existed; it seems like data is not in-sync with report- possibly a propogation issue is what I suspect.

Yes I’m very familiar with options and multiple roles I’m logged into my Scoutmaster role and able to see my scouts and perform all advancement updates, the issue are the reports with no option to select scouts
@RobertRojas - this is an existing report or a new one that you are making ? Just trying to gather some information.
@RobertRojas yeah wondering the same - is this a saved report? What if you make a new report?

Yea it’s existing custom reports I have a bunch of them and all have same issue . Exception one existing roster report has a few scouts linked but I can’t deselect them.
before I reported this issue I tried to create a new custom report and it was same issue ; no scouts to select .
@RobertRojas if you see an REF # on any of them that helps
@RobertRojas - do any of the reports actually run? If so in the bottom right will be a ref number that Donovan is looking for.
The reports are back with all my scouts to check on or check off. I suspect it had to do with nightly propagation sync process. I been patient with scoutbook transitions, but last night was my scout meeting and these type of issues that pop up at worse possible time-- quite annoying.

@RobertRojas did you do SYT course 6/2? I think I recall that.
@DonovanMcNeil if the issue was that 6/1 expirary date that hit most leaders, it possible this caused it as I did my course on 6/1, after 1am the course was registered on 6/2 as complete. Doesnt explain why lag time and why I still had access to full control in Scoutbook – unless there serious delay in custom report propogation is my thinking.
Who knows - all are scratching their heads
