Date earned for Second Class cannot be empty as next rank is already earned

I have a scout currently at Star and has physically been awarded 2nd, 1st, & Star. Scoutbook does not have this marked as awarded and I’m unable to update. I get error message: “Date earned for Second Class cannot be empty as next rank is already earned.”. I’ve attempted removing approval of star & 1st. Also adjusted the tenderfoot completion date by one day since it was the same as second class just to see if that changed anything.

@PatrickJackson2 when do you get the error when awarding? on the Scout Page? or the To Award Report? Have you tried the other?

And this MID Second Class and First class are like 2 months apart

I’ve tried some scouts page and from the rooster/rank page and got the same error

If this MID is right (Scout GA) - one weird thing is SC approved date is 11/4/24 - but FC is 10/22/24 - that should not matter but might be throwing it off? I can set up a screen share to take a look if you want.

not being marked awarded is not going to effect the scout or unit.

Sure, if you’re avail. Will just help book keeping.. I don’t see the approved date anywhere. is that something I can change?
