I ams trying to make a scout’s 1st class rank as recorded. He earned 1st class 4/30/2025 and Star 9/3/2025. If I mark if awarded from the scouts individual advancement I get an error message “Date earned for first class cannot be empty as the next rank is already earned.” If I try to mark it complete from the troop advancement tab, I receive the error message “Date completed should be later or equal to the last completed date for all requirements.” The board of review is the last date. Any help is appreciated.
@MatthewWood4 - if i am understanding this post correctly, Star is already marked as earned and completed and you are trying to set first class as completed after the fact ? If so then you would have to back out Star then update first class then re-enter star otherwise you have the error that you have as it is illogical and out of order.
