I have one scout (ID 140800770) that needs an advancement marked as awarded. The scout earned their Second Class and was marked Approve/Recorded but the Awarded box was not checked off before the scout earned their First Class. I just need to mark the Second Class as Awarded please.

Hello, confirming that scout has completed all the requirements for Second Class. Her physical book has all been signed off for this rank. BOR was completed on 1/7/2026. I approved it in SB Plus but forgot to marked awarded. When I log in, SB Plus shows that she has been Approved/Recorded on my end.
This scout also completed First Class rank BOR on 1/14/2026. How else can I assist on my end?
OK it looks like something was updated. So you get an error if you just try to Award 2nd? if so unaward First class and try to award 2nd.
Correct. I had attempted your suggestion last night and just tried it again but the same error was given. I have now left First Class as not awarded until I hear back from you, thank you.
@JennieKit - i think you need to clear the earned date along with 1 requirement on first class
Success! For future reference/tracking purposes, I actually tried what you suggested (clearing the earned date for 1st Class) last night but it still didn’t work. What I further did just now was also clear the earned date for 2nd Class and saving these changes. Then I “started fresh” by approving/awarding 2nd class and then the same for 1st class.
