Scoutbook plus giving error while attempting to mark prior rank as awarded

Error: Date earned for Second Class cannot be empty as next rank is already earned…

I have two scouts that need advancements marked as awarded. Our former scoutmaster marked ranks as approved/recorded, however never marked rank as awarded. Now our troop scoutshop/order pick list is wrong and I can’t override or change them myself. All information is entered including approval dates by the former scoutmaster, I just need to mark them as awarded.

1st scout is #135865657 and needs rank patch marked awarded for Scout, Tenderfoot and Second class.
2nd scout is #135865510 and needs rank patch marked awarded for Second class.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The developers marked your ranks as awarded and have opened a ticket so they can fix the root cause of the problem.

I checked and saw they made the appropriate changes this morning. Thank you for your help.
