Daughter's new pack not showing in scoutbook - need her MID updated

Hi! So I discussed this with my pack, but there is still an issue. We recently moved from AZ to ID and my son’s account was transferred without a problem. His section in Scoutbook shows his old MID and his new one.

My daughter though seems to have gotten lost in the shuffle somewhere. Her old account has NAME REMOVED as her first name, and her new account has Katherine, which I’m guessing may be the root of the issue.

In my.scouting.org (new MID 141195850), my login shows my son, and my daughters new MID (141195887) but does not show her at all with her old MID (140743296).

But if I log into Scoutbook the new “NAME REMOVED” entry for pack 132 is completely missing and I can only see her under her old pack of 584, with the name NAME REMOVED.

Can someone please update it so that Kate now shows as part of pack 132, but maintains her progress from when she was in 584? I cannot see any way that I can update this.

This issue happens in both old Scoutbook and new Scoutbook. Not really sure if this matters, but when I log into old scoutbook it shows the wrong pack affiliation for me too, along with my old address.

@RobertStaley you used different names - so it did not match - this is fixed

Thanks for fixing this! One question - I saw in scout book plus that she still has the 584 affiliation as well as the 132 affiliation that I can now see. We no longer are affiliated to 584 since we moved. My son’s membership doesn’t have this same issue.

Obviously this is lower priority since I now can see her current pack in Scout book - thank you again for fixing that! I really appreciate it.

@RobertStaley that is cause 2 users were merged - you can go to scoutbook.scouting.org - go to her - membership - put an end date on old unit
