Delete camping log that is not in activites

I have a scout that has a 2 night camping activity in their profile, but when i go to the activity tab to remove the scout from the activity it is not listed.
I dont know how this is linked to their profile and not in the activity list.
this is an old activity back from April 2018 that they were mistakenly added to.
