I accidentally and incorrectly assigned an old pack leader connection to be the scout’s parent rather than delete the connection. We’ve asked the person to remove their connection but has resulted in no response. Your assistance would be appreciated to delete the connection.
Your council staff can break the parent connection using Volunteer Support Tools.
