Den Admin not showing as AOL Leader in Scoutbook

Hi there!

One of our Committee Members is also an Assistant Den Leader for an AOL Den. Connections Manager shows he has “full control” to edit advancement, etc. but he’s not listed as a Den Leader. I’ve tried updating it but can’t seem to add him. His Scoutbook User ID is 12152396 and Member ID is 140379853. (I’m also not sure if it functionally matters if he’s listed as a Den Leader, so this issue may be a non-issue.)

Hi again!

Now the Den Leader for the AOL Den is having issues. He said:

“After I login, I see that there is no AOL Den visible, all the scouts show up as unassigned, and I get the following whenever I try to do anything:

Error

Your position(s) and related permissions do not allow you to perform this action.”

From my end, it looks like he has permissions through Connections Manager to make these edits and I see a discrete Den with associated Scouts listed.

Is someone available to help with both the Den Leader’s and Assistant Den Leader’s issues?

The Assistant Den Leader’s information is above, and the Den Leader’s Scoutbook User ID is 11839243 and his Member ID is 13820859.
